Reference Assistance

The George C. Marshall Research Library offers in-person, email, and phone reference services for the faculty, staff, participants, and alumni of the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. We can help you with finding books, journal articles, literature reviews, and help you manage and organize your references using Zotero, an open access bibliographic manager, or provide you with a RefWorks account.

 

Library Instruction & Orientation to our Resources

The George C. Marshall Research Library offers one-on-one and group library instruction services for the faculty, staff, participants, and alumni of the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. These workshops are conducted in-person or online using MS Teams. To set up a one-on-one or a group library instruction session, please email the library.

 

InterLibrary Loan Service to obtain resources from other libraries

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Service enables faculty, staff, participants, and others to access materials from other libraries by facilitating loaning and borrowing between institutions and delivering library materials to libraries and departments. Books requests can take up to one month to receive, and book chapters and and journal articles can take up to one week to receive.

LibGuides are a service provided by Marshall Center librarians to compile information resources on selected topics for Marshall Center faculty, staff, students, alumni and other library users.
